Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Last Updated: August 2, 2026
1. Intent and Global Purpose
CyCity Inc. maintains the CyCity Quantum Web Standard (CQWS) strictly to protect lawful, legitimate enterprise infrastructure from advanced cyber threats. We wield powerful Post-Quantum cryptographic tools that are highly effective at obfuscation and defense. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines strictly prohibited activities to ensure our cryptographic network is never weaponized or utilized to harbor, protect, or obscure illicit operations.
2. Zero Tolerance for Malicious Cyber Operations
You agree not to use the Services in connection with any network, server, or application that initiates, participates in, or facilitates any form of malicious cyber activity. Explicitly prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS): Using protected infrastructure as a command-and-control (C2) node to orchestrate volumetric attacks.
- Intrusions & Exploits: Hosting infrastructure designed to launch SQL Injections (SQLi), Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), Zero-Day payload delivery, or any form of automated vulnerability scanning against third-party networks without authorization.
- Malware Distribution: Hosting, transmitting, or obfuscating viruses, trojans, ransomware, worms, or spyware behind the CQWS cryptographic shield.
- Phishing & Spoofing: Utilizing the shield to protect servers that masquerade as legitimate financial institutions, government entities, or other organizations for the purpose of credential harvesting.
3. Prohibition on Illicit Content Hosting
CQWS cannot be used to secure or anonymize the hosting of illegal content. You may not deploy the CQWS daemon on servers that distribute, promote, or link to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any exploitative material involving minors.
- Material that incites extreme violence, terrorism, or the construction of lethal weaponry.
- Stolen intellectual property, counterfeit goods, or unauthorized software cracks/keygens (Piracy).
- Darknet marketplaces trading in narcotics, illicit firearms, or stolen financial data.
4. Prohibition on Cryptocurrency Mining
You are strictly prohibited from utilizing CyCity's computational resources, API endpoints, or deploying the CQWS shield to secure infrastructure primarily dedicated to unauthorized Cryptocurrency Mining (e.g., Cryptojacking), Proof-of-Work hashing farms, or related blockchain obfuscation techniques. We reserve the right to profile telemetry for mining signatures and throttle or terminate access accordingly.
5. Enforcement, Suspension, and Law Enforcement Cooperation
CyCity employs automated telemetry analysis to detect signatures of abuse. Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of your license and permanent activation of the daemon kill-switch, without notice and without refund.
CyCity complies fully with lawful subpoenas and warrants from recognized US and International law enforcement agencies (e.g., the FBI, Europol). In the event that a protected node is confirmed to be harboring illicit activity, CyCity will unshield the node, revoke all cryptographic routing, and preserve telemetry logs for evidentiary submission.
